For a story I'm writing. The kid is under-aged, depressed. He is 17 years old, 5'10'', 140 lbs, and lean. The beer is, let's say, 5.0 alcohol content. If not, how many of these beers would it take for him to get drunk, or at least a mild buzz?

or:You don't have to say it's for a story you're writing. I think we all know your real intents.Anyways, if it is your first time, you will get a moderate buzz from just 2 beers. If you have somewhat of an immunity to ethanol like I do, it hardly does anything. It takes the average person 5-6 beers before they are considered \"drunk\". Probably 4-5 beers for a first-timer.
