Personal design, selfcreated, I just need a rough idea, a ballpark figure of the cost. Black no colour approx. 4" wide by 8" high (overestimate), fine detail with shading. I would go to a tattoo parlour myself and ask but there aren't any locally. I just need a rough cost figure before I (maybe) drive for 3 hours to the nearest good parlour. Thanks!
