Can the association amend cond by-laws to get one vote per owner instead of per condo?
Reason being that one person owns a few units and with the proxies she gets for our annual meeting she ends up outvoting everyone. She ends up making

or:Basically such elections and collection of opinions are based on general voting and that is managed by a condo association or HOA. In this voting the legal aspects says that for each condo there will be a single response and somehow it is quite fair because individual voting will hardly bring the transparency in voting.
