Can you be kicked off of somebodies property if you're technically not "on" it?
So, if I was to rent out a wrecking ball and tie myself to it and hover over a grocery stores property in front of the door or something, is this cons
So, if I was to rent out a wrecking ball and tie myself to it and hover over a grocery store's property in front of the door or something, is this considered trespassing and can they legally remove me from the premises, even though i'm technically not on their property?
