Can you have your cell phone while on probation?

I got caught for underage drinking or:I got caught for underage drinkingor:why would they want your phone unless its your parents that take it i don't

or:why would they want your phone unless its your parents that take it i don't think the authoritys want your phone in case you were using it to get alcohol but if anyone is going to take your phone it would probably be your parents
