Can you make a form on Google that will remain an answer from a query once that answer is chosen?

I want to have an online form so that people can sign up for a certain item but once that item is selected, another person is not able to select that

I want to have an online form so that people can sign up for a certain item but once that item is selected, another person is not able to select that same answer. I don't know how to write code nor do I want to learn. Is there a simple solution for this?
