Cannot choose from library to post new Instagram story?

Instagram - I have multiple accounts on my phone and all of them, but one (my personal which is not a business account) lacks the button/option of choosing images/videos from phone library, when on stories screen
Any ideas what has happened there? I’ve tried re-installing the app, logging out and in from the account, none of that has helped.
I’m very sure that it hasn’t been like this from the very beginning, so perhaps I have accidentally changed some settings(?)
