So I was in a car accident(I was not driving) and snapped my radius in half. I had to have surgery and get a metal plate and two rods put in. her insurance WILL be paying for this but her insurance is not going to pay my my co pay and she leaves in 4 months to Tennessee I WILL be paid before she leaves. Can I sue her so she cant leave until I get my money??

or:yea you could stop her from leaving the best way to do this is to get a attorney that handles this kinda case this can help you immensley be able to get your health back on track or with recommendations to what you need to have done a attorney would be able to make sure you get your money thats the thing i would be looking at they don't get paid till you do a attorney will help with your wishes and ask a judge to put a halt to her leaving in four months i sure would try this get a attorney while you still can
