Car totaled, total loss.Do I have to keep pay full coverage on care while sill paying on loan?

Insurance only paid a percentage of my loan. So I still owe on it. They took the car, I will never see it again. Do I have to still keep full coverage

or:well if you don't have the car but you lost it to the insurance company i think that you wouldn't have to keep insurance on it cause you don't have any car to put it on unless they will pay for another one you wouldn't need to have full coverage on something you don't have sometimes they write the rest of the loan off or they can but alot of the time you have to pay the rest of the loan
