Cat in hidding?

My cat is 1 yr and shes been hiding since last Thursday I kno she may be sick but has shown no sign of vomiting or dirreah she eats and drinks water b

My cat is 1 yr and she's been hiding since last Thursday I kno she may be sick but has shown no sign of vomiting or dirreah she eats and drinks water but only underneath the bed as well as petting and playing but only under the bed and she does not get aggressive when u try to touch her. We thought something had scared her enough to make her hide and later that day she'll come back out but as the time passed we noticed that she didn't come back out and has been under the bed ever since. Just yesterday I was cleaning her litter I knoticed she passed a piece of ribbon it was not thick or that long and as I looked at it I remember that was the piece of thread that's been in my room for awhile and I clearly remember throwing it away now that she passed it she still remains under the bed and again with no sign of vomiting or dirreah or any blood passing and she also eats drinks water and uses the litter with no issue almost like if she never ate it or passed it. Is there any other reason she might be hiding besides sickness??

or:Maybe she is pregnant? Or she saw you do something positively wicked and now she hates you. :DAlso, did you raise her from kitten or is she adopted?You may want to call a vet and asks them some questions.
