Hi, um.... I have anxiety and depression also my grandad died from a heart attack. You know when you get that gray faced sinking feeling with depression, a bit like a stone bungieing from your chest supported by a few dwindling strings of Bubble gum... No?.. Yeah? , well is it ment to hurt / ache , its more on the left side and sorta feels tight or similar to when you get air trapped in your chest/ back or if you swallow a hot chip but with out the hot feeling. I hit bongs quite a lot too and not the clean American yanky way, the water is always black and thick (weeks old) also I don't use a bowl I just plug the tube with tobacco then put the weed on that, I don't get these pains when I'm smoking just when I sink with depression. Any idea what this is???? I don't really want my heart to pop it could suck

or:It sounds like you have alot of unsure feeling in your heart more like anxiety related and the depression part is just as unsure as the rest being unsure why things happen.The way your smoking could be alot of the cause throat can get burned and the feeling can flood out grandpa is in a better place.Its the way your smoking that causing the hot chip feeling you should go get checked out.
