The mother of my 2 girls filed for child support in california in 2014. We both created our own parental agreement and submitted it to child support services and the case was closed. The mother recently relocated my children to new york without my knowledge and has filed another support claim against me there. Is that legal? Can she relocate them without telling me and if so can she open another support claim even if california is supposed to have jurisdiction?

or:theres nothing legal about this she didn't have the right to move and not tell you might have to get a attorney to help you with this take her back to court and she can get in trouble if she is living in new york she would have to file in new york its possible you could talk to the child support and see what they say
