Is there an attorney out there licensed to practice in the state of ND that will take on a civil suit worth millions? I can't find one. One that involves suing the state/county? I can't seem to find one who wants to make a lot of money and make a stand against the civil injustices I've encountered. They are down right jaw dropping.

or:Lawyers will not take on a case for free and expect to be paid at the end when they win the lawsuit unless they are 101% sure the case is winnable. If nobody wants the case then they dont believe your idea has merit.
