Co- sign, can I buy a house on my friends credit?

I have no money to buy a house, but my friend is willing to gurantee or co sign the mortage, is it possible then for me to be able to buy a house. or:

or:well if your friend has okayed you to do so you might beable to do it he would have to sign papers as well as you would have to get him or her to sign papers and be able to vogue for you on the paper work I would look into it first to see what needs to be done
