or:if its got things wrong with it i sure wouldn't bye it number one the prevous owner traded the car in for a reason i would think it still has to have a clear title on it the transaction would have to be where it had a clean title the car owner ship would have to make sure this happenes you need to make sure that they are talking the truth because if it was totaled in canada then you really want to make sure that your not getting a lemon cause they try and make money off that conscidering its suppose to be totaled i would be really careful cause you never know
