So is there a name for dreams you can control? how to get them or make them last longer?

I don't dream very often or maybe I just forget, for a very long time 80% of my dreams are about me falling and waking up just before I hit the ground
and I had this dream about being in a weird place like a thin road in the sky.. And when I fell off, I could literally create ground under me, when I wanted to (prevented death over 3 or 4 times) , I had that power to control my dream and do whatever I want for a long time.. some dreams I just walk to places without wanting to.. but that dream I could do anything, even backflips and using my phone
