Cop pulled me over and lied?

On Monday night/ Tuesday Morning (30th of June) a cop pulled me over on my way to the gas station to get food. My brother was with my and we regularly do this every other night. While I was on my way, a cop pulled me over and said I was doing 57 in a 45! I was driving a 2015 Subaru Forester with 1300 miles on it so I know the speedo isn't off. Whenever I drive down this road I set cruise at 50 mph and this time was no different. The cop would have had around 1 second to radar me as there was a small hill he was coming over. In my car, I have a police radar in my GPS as well as a cobra radar on my dash.. Neither one went off.. The cop was extremely rude and treated my brother and I like we were trash, I couldn't say one word without him laughing. When I asked to see the radar, he said he didn't have it. Now I am not 100% sure on this but aren't cops suppose to give so many tickets in one month? If so I think he was low and had to give some (It was the end of the month) I honestly don't think the cop used a radar.. I have a court date set. Please

or:Bring it to court. Chances are you will win. And even if you don't it takes more money for the system to pay a judge and everyone to see you than your ticket would of cost so you win either way
