or:i think it maybe that the person doesn't care gets consumed in those feelings lays around doesn't really care anymore if their abusing them selves its because they want to leave this earth their lonely it also depends what their doing to cause the the end to come early if thats what they choose to do it may be that persons partner in life is gone so they choose to do things or just go from natural causes or their sick this can cause a person to wanna go before hand to but when you say intentional and doesn't think any body else is involved or should be alot of built up emotion from the person who is taking care of them it's very hurt ful waste of time the mate can't go on or relative friend
