Could I get a celebrity to sing for birthday?

They don't have to go to my friends party, but they can make a video singing happy birthday to her. I know this is a weird question, but can it happen? Can they make a video just to sing happy birthday to my friend saying their name also? Could I talk to them on on email, facebook, and twitter about this?

or:My answer is no. From the billion viewers that follow them, at least 5-10 million of them have the same request as you. If they wanted to, it would take them to long to do it for each person.
or:I've heard of celebrities doing private parties but, like with anything, they won't do it out of the goodness of their heart. You'll need to pay for it. The problem is, when they play a large arena, they may make several hundred thousand pounds / dollars / euros and so they come to think of their time as worth that. You'd need to compensate them for their time in the same way. If you offered a million, I think any of them would agree to attend your birthday.
