Could I replace my 1.6 Peugeot 307 engine with the 2.0 from the cc?

I am looking for a little more power i was just wondering if this would be a straight swap or would it require extensive engineering? would the gearbox line up right? would the extra weight buckle the chassis? would the extra emissions effect the exhaust cat?.... if you know about this the please tell me rough cost and extent of work. thanks guys.
