Could this be a tumor, or a sign of cancer?

so back in november 2012 i started to notice that my breast were leaking a yellow-white liquid. i went to the doctor because they were really hurting

so back in november 2012 i started to notice that my breast were leaking a yellow-white liquid. i went to the doctor because they were really hurting me. i had been sexually active during the months before, and i dont use condoms, but i have the implanon birth control. the doctor did a pregnancy test and it was negative. she chevked my breast and took blood to check my hormones and they were fine. in december i went to the doctors again because my breasts were still leaking and he did a phsyical an things were alright. he said that my psychiatric medications could cause this. i was taken of a few of them but my breast continued. now my breast are still very sore and leak the yello-white stuff. back in november and even before my vision has become blurry, im sensitive to light, ive been getting frequent fevers and i have horrible headaches...what could be wrong with me?
