My younger sister (24years old) has never owned a credit card so I talked to her about the importance of having one & building her credit up. Today she applied for one & found out that she has 11 credit cards in her name!! We strongly suspect it was her older cousins who did this to her. My question is how can I help my sister get this straighten out & possibly some justice. Please help.
