Ctrl + F and other shortcuts aren't working on my computer?

Some shortcut commands are not working on my computer. They don't work, no matter what programs i am currently using. CTRL+A, CTRL+V, CTRL+C etc. still work fine. CTRL+F is one that doesn't. CTRL+Shift+T, aswell as CTRL+Shift+Esc, don't work either.
If I try the mentioned CTRL+Shift shortcuts i get a "beep" sound from the internal of my pc.
It must be some other program or something that blocks or interferes with these commands. I've tried uninstalling the keyboard driver and reinstalling it but that didn't change anything.
Does anybody have another idea what I could try to do? Maybe something in the registry?
