Daughter having trouble with moms boyfriend?

so I was adopted 5 months ago and I have some....OK alot of jealousy over her boyfriend Im 21 years old,but I never had a person to call mom until know and my moms boyfriend does not understand that she has a daughter now and I dont really like him,but tomorrow we are going to see his daughter(I havent met her yet)in a play and then staying the night at his house.my moms boyfriend does not see me as her daughter,but just as her dependant.I really dont want to go but I dont want to hurt my mom.I fake that I like him when shes around,but this is all to new to me.HELP.....What do I do?????

or:Can she see whats going on?can you talk to her at all about the situation you might just try and get along or not let on to him that you feel the way you do this will show mom that your trying. It will cause a big mess if that just don't let him bager you i think mabe he is jealous of you and moms relationship. Thats what it seems like go meet his daughter you might hit it off but i can see how you feel thou you might try to find a part time job this will limit having to deal with him try college to.
