Did I faint or what?

I was tanning in a sunbed, felt fine. I got out, suddenly I went so dizzy, I couldnt hear anything and my legs started wobbling and shaking and I fell

I was tanning in a sunbed, felt fine. I got out, suddenly I went so dizzy, I couldn't hear anything and my legs started wobbling and shaking and I fell to the ground, I couldn't tell up from down. I lay on the ground for a while, trying to stand up and felt like I was going to throw up. I finally made it to my feet. I get dizzy a lot but this was really bad

or:Most likely. Same things happened to me getting out of bed. Had to hospitalized for dehydration.
