So after I saw an episode of Doctor Who: Sea Monsters on Mars I got really Paranoid. I was shaking, screaming and sobbing, I was Hyperventilating, and I heard water dripping and thought my room was spinning (in the episode if you get touched by the sea water you turn into a monster but while the water touches you you start shaking uncontrollably) did I have a panic attack or just really bad paranoia?

or:The first line of defense against depression and anxiety is B vitamins. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. So when the color fades, it's time for another pill. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.

or:If you had a panic attack you would have passed out, and probably woken up in a hospital bed. Your mind is a powerful tool, so maybe you just were afraid, also if you watched it late at night your tiredness could have been messing with the water dripping probably made your mind tired even further, then when you remembered the show you probably freaked out and imagined it. I would recommend getting rest.
