I don't know if i twisted my ankle but my ankle really hurts.
I was sitting on the matt and trying to pick up my things. I put them where they belong and then when i sit back with my legs crossed , my ankle quickly starting to hurt so bad. I don't know if i twisted it , but it still hurts. Its not red or anything its just hurting inside... Please help

or:is there any swelling in your ankle ?it may be when you stood up it could have cut the circulation off from the way you were either bent over or standing i would consider having your ankle looked it if the circulation was cut off when you picked up your stuff i'm really thinking you cut the circulation off
