or:Pulsating? Do you mean vibrating? It's obviously an engine fault, could be the head timing is off or the fuel/air mix is off.. try cleaning the air filters and check the exhausts are clean. You might also want to check that their are no contaminents in the fuel as that can cause choking in the engine.
