I am a freshman in high school and taking all honors classes and junior math. I am extremely smart and apparently it often shines through. I often find myself talking with a girl when she asks me a question, I give her an answer and explanation and then she says wow and awkward silence ensues. Are they intimidated or freaked out or is it just not popular to be smart?
