It is possible that an infection can cause a rash with yellow pus in it but whether that infection is as a result of HIV is another issue. If you are in doubt go and see a doctor. If you know you are HIV infected then you have an illness with that effect and you need to go and see a doctor. Either way it would be a good idea to go adn see a doctor.of course acne can look very much like a rash and it definitly has yellow pus in it so, you know, without my doing a medical exam on you it's hard to say .. go see a doctor.
