Do I have a hernia or a swollen lymphnode?

I have a lump by my scrotum and te crease of my leg and I dont know what it is. It does not hurt at all. I have a sinus infection also. Is it a hernia

or:i would think mabe its called a lymphnode it might because of your infection you have if the infection is bad enough our lymphnode are filters out the infection we have it automatically goes to the lymphnodes swell because of the infection in our body the lympnodes become over loaded we have lympnodes swell become overly exposed and this is how they swell this may tell you that you need some treatment for the infection you have i think i would make a appointment with my doctor and get something for it
