I have always been a person of constant worry, stress and obsessive thoughts, but it's seemed manageable and normal until recently. I'm a sophemore in high school, who's been blind from birth. I've noticed that I'm stressing/worrying about everything, when there's nothing particularly provoking it. During the day, I experience quick heartbeat, unable to breathe, muscles spasms and pains, worry and stress, feeling trapped and waiting for something bands coming. I don't want to eat and I feel dizzy, nauseous or faint. I have no self as steam or comfidence. I can't walk to class alone and my worry doesn't subside, when I'm home and fine, lastly, I won't leave my room, when I'm home alone, because I'm worried I'll be murdered.
