I am 16 years old and I have very puffy nipples . I have been having them since about 2-3 years ago and there has been no improvements . I am 6'1 and I'm about 195 pounds I'm not exactly fat and neither is my chest. When it's cold and my nipples get smaller my chest looks so much better already . It's very frustrating going to swimming pools or not being able to wear the clothes you want . Is there any creams for this ? I don't want surgery . Or should I wait until I'm done with Puberty? Help.

or:Puffy nipples is very normal during puberty. Do not feel that you are out of the norm. They are most likely going to go away over time.
