Sometimes when I sleep, I am aware when somebody enters the room, I can see what they are doing and where they are going but I can't move I can only watch and wait until they are gone. Another time I went to say goodbye to my dad who was leaving for work and I stopped moving and fell alseep on the floor in front of him!
is this sleep paralysis? I'm too worried to tell a doctor, please help!
