Do I need a doc?
So I woke up with a sore throat, thought it was because of drainage, well its been several hours and I still have a sore throat, its hard to swallow,

Strep? Help pease!

or:its very possible it might be strep I would go see your dr first as soon as you can strep hurts really bad and has a hard time going away by its self I would look into this really soon you need the help of some antibiotics sounds like a bad infection they also have a viral condition going around
