Do I need to pay for TV license watching BBC news live in UK?

It is not like I was intentionally watching live BBC TV online - i was just browsing BBC news website o my laptop, and there is this big breaking news

It is not like I was intentionally watching live BBC TV online - i was just browsing BBC news website o my laptop, and there is this big breaking news event at headline featuring live tv coverage related to that event, so i clicked into it and watched the live news without thinking. But then I started to wonder does that count as 'watching live TV' as well? Does that mean I have to pay for some 150 quid for just watching it for less than 2 mins?
