Do I need triple science in order to be able to study Psychology?

I'm in year 9 and will be choosing my options very soon. Once I go to Sixth Form I will definitely want to study Psychology. From the little research I have done, you apparently need to take Triple Science in order to be able to study it. Is this correct and is there any other of the options that I would need to choose which are essential?

or:You can choose health and social which will allow you to do psychology degree in universityi dont think that u need to do triple sciencei did health and social care and am going university in september to do psychology
