or:From what i know from experience with an older sony console, games from other countries don't work like that. My dad bought me a game unknowingly from another country (i found out after doing a little searching and also finding a little british flag on the back) but before searching i tried to play it and my system didn't even recognize it but i did find out that the games can be played on consoles of different origin with a mod chip which usually requires physically opening up the system i believe and using tools with heating elements. I think it did say you could also use an action replay but with that of course comes risks of crashing and such and i also don't know if they make that for PS4. I hope this helps some.
