Does any one know if there is any place that I find a 2 1/2 hole saw With 3 or 4 inches deep?

I need it to make holes on the old cabinets right where the water valve is to take out the old cabinet. I saw a guy using 1 of those and i think that is very useful. We work in hotels for renovations and we work doing room by room and the water riser can't be shutoff.
