or:you know if you have other problems besides panic disorder it might cause additional problems for you but panic disorder by its self will not kill you all it is the disorder causes panic attacks which you can over come and your able to control them once you figure out how to do it mental health therapist can show you the way to better control them my son had the same problems and today he is so much better because he knows how to get a hold of them and how they show you how to control them in different situations if you have other issues besides this they may be better then you think and can show you different ways of getting control of the other issues that you have

or:Only indirectly... falling caused by having a panic attack on the balcony of an apartment on the 50th floor for example. Possibly someone with a very weak heart or some form of cardiovascular disease could self-induce a heart attack due to a panic attack though... blood pressure rises very high and heart rate increases when someone has one but for a normal relatively healthy person panic attacks do not kill.

or:Even though panic attacks are not dangerous, they will always feel dangerous. Learn, the feeling of downfall and concerns about your health are not just due to the physical symptoms, they are as well symptoms of panic attacks. Even if you had no physical symptoms you would still feel that feeling of coming downfall because that is a symptom of anxiety.
