Does risperdal permanently damage your dopamine system?

i was put on risperdal back in 2013 first at small dose then my final was 2mg i was on it for about 2 months or else 3 cant remeber i got off it becau

i was put on risperdal back in 2013 first at small dose then my final was 2mg i was on it for about 2 months or else 3 cant remeber i got off it because i felt horrible no enjoyment from anything all i did was eat im off it now 3 years i feel things have improved a bit will i eventully get back to my old self im able to cry again which is good but not back to my full self before the drug is this brain damage

or:It might be a side effect to the medication its self if things are better then it tells me it could have been the medication it might take a while to get back to being yourself its been three years that you were on so it might take awhile.
