Good day.I want to know if the average ( marks obtained on modules...#Degree# ) really matter when aplying for a job.Do they check what the marks cert

Good day.I want to know if the average ( marks obtained on modules...#Degree# ) really matter when aplying for a job.Do they check what the marks certain person obtain or what they need is the Degree only?..I really need to know because there is a decission i want to take before it's too late to change.

or:If their is a direct job they only take decision by marksAnd if there is an interview job they check all the things marks, degree, your knowledge by asking questions, your iq your experience, your behaviour etc
