Ever since sixth grade, my life has been out of focus. And I mean literally. If I look at something?

... I can't focus on it. Not by seeing, in my brain. My brain can't focus so everything seems "surreal". I have trouble explaining this to doctors. My life doesn't feel real. I don't feel completely "there". When someone says I love you I can't feel. It's like my life is just going by and I'm only watching it. I can't even cry anymore. I don't feel anything. I can do fun things and laugh but it's all forced. I do things and show fake emotion when I need to to keep people happy because inside I can't feel. Every day is passing with a this feeling. My memory is getting worse and worse. I'm only 16. I just don't understand what is happening to me... I have no access to a doctor of any kind right now

or:Im just going to say the obvious. Try not to think about it that much. I also sometimes feel like I am not actually \"living\" and I question wether or not I am alive. But then, I just have to convince myself that it is not important. If you force yourself to laugh during fun things, maybe its just not fun for you. Try other things. Your only 16 so who knows? It could be horomones making you think this. Dont get stressed about it. You obviously have feelings because this is getting on your nerves.


or:Try this if it helps, continue...please note i am no expert, but this is harmless..we sometimes get caught in this fast changing world and reality checks-in. We are confronted with so many questions that our mind just shuts down and does not want to respond as we want..You need self-contentment..best and cheapest way to get this is SMILE genuinely..1. Try to cheer up by smiling first, - look at your self in the mirror, or- think about some goods things that may happened earlier on.2. Once you find a reason to cheer up, cling onto it. This will bring joy..you are breathing and alive,3. Take deep breaths, smile more inwardly..If it works this far.. you will know what to do next.Do analyse you problems one at a time..with what you have mentioned above you seem to be a confident person. that's good, a lot of people cannot even define there problems..All the best.
