Exercise or gain weight 1st??

Hi..after my gallbladder removal iv lost alot of weight..im not 44kg..i want to exercise and get rid of my belly babyfat and just look nice and toned

Hi..after my gallbladder removal iv lost alot of weight..im not 44kg..i want to exercise and get rid of my belly babyfat and just look nice and toned but im worried if i work out il stay the same..i want to gain weight..my face is so skinny i hate it..i also have a fast metabolism and always been skinny...what should i do? Exercise as i will gain muscle or gain some weight first then work out?? Finding it pretty hard to stretch my stomach back to its old size and eat more..thankyou for your help.

or:HI! I recently went through the same thing! After my knee surgery I lost a lot of weight in the lower half of my body since I was on cruches for about 2 months! I'm not like a professional in this era but, I recommend that when you go to the gym (or when you workout) You should lessen the amount of time you do cardio (this includes things such as running) and, you should increase the amount of time you spend lifting weights! With this said, you should begin to eat a lot of healthy protein such as chicken and fish to tone your muscles. Also, you can get a lot of great advice from fitness websites! Hope this helps :D
