We have a family friends who's son (6 years old)is very violent and mean. my husband hates him because he found the boy pinned down our son and had pillow over his face. Our son was crying. on aother occasion, my husband again found the boy put our son under the comforter and sit on him and had lamp over him. My husband pulled out son out and he was sweating like crazy. If he doesn't like something, he will ask all the other kids to come with him and ignore the kid whom he currently dislike. Do you think this boy have psychological problem or we are too paranoid? it gives us chills just thinking about what if my husband didn't find them in time. the parents are very popular and we are afraid if we said anything, we will lose many friends. We know some people who lost all the friends. what would you do if you were us?

or:Without an examination there's no way to be sure if he's crazy or not....I think you should just have a rule where the two boys cannot be together without supervision from a trusted adult....helps your boy and you don't lose any friends.

or:Just from your description, it sounds like this kid is a homicidal maniac and you should avoid any further contact. If your so called friends have a problem with that then you need new friends.
