I am talking to someone on the phone and they are on the opposite side of the world. I can hear their voice faster than it would take light to go from my position to theirs. Does this mean the "radio waves" are going faster than light?

or:It's not faster then the speed of light. However though, radio waves and light do travel at the same speed in a vacuum.
