The mother of my child and I got into a verbal dispute. She has blocked me from her phone so I am unable to get ahold of her. Her new husband contacted me saying that I can not speak to her and if I want to pick up my daughter, I have to contact him and he will answer when it's most convenient for him. He was not married to the mother of my child when the custody was settled. He told me he spit in the mother of my daughters face, and I don't want my daughter around a man that could be potentially violent. What are my rights as the biological father? Is he able to with hold me daughter from me?
