I'm currently enrolled in 12 hours of college (considered a full time student) and I also work full time (40 hours a week). I have school 9-12:30 and then work 1-9:30 each weekday. The thing is I am renting a house with my cousin and I was able to scrape by until about a month ago when I got in a car accident and my insurance spiked. Should I apply for welfare? Or is there a food program or something that can help? Links are helpful but I'm not in a situation to be lazy so suggest and I'll find it. Thank you.

or:Insurance doesn't increase normally with one accident unless their different where you live. You can apply for foodstamps this would either be for you or your cousin also sometimes you can get help from the college on living expenses that would be pell grant or stafford loan food banks are also helpful.
