Ok I was outside and found this green small glowing worm and then I flashed a flash light towards it and it became white. I don't understand if it's harmful to me but the thing is, is that the whole body of the small worm does not glow only like a little circle in the middle of it. Please answer my question. Is it harmful or not? Would it affect me if I squish it?

or:Its an earthworm, and that little thing in the middle is this band that they all have around them. They are harmless, and usually come out when it rains. I dont know if I've ever seen them glow because I haven't seen them at dark.
