or:you could go anywhere you want and apply for a loan if thats what your asking normally one could go to their bank and get one being the car or truck is that old you might not find a bank or loan agency that will take unless you take a personal loan out to restore it i'm thinking this might be what your trying to do it might take a while but their is someone out there that can furnish the loan for you unless you just go get a new one but it sounds like your restoring it
